Aria looked around her curiously, unsure of where she was. Spotting a figure in the distance she ran up to her and tapped her lightly on the shoulder. She blinked in surprise for a moment before clearing her throat and asking, “Um…hi. Mind telling me where I am? And possibly the date?”
Regina stood outside her mansion, tending to her childhood apple tree. She reached out to check each apple for its plumpness and pulled a few off. She dropped the apples in a basket when she felt a tap on her shoulder. “Oh. Hello,” she gasped, turning around to face her guest.
“Welcome to Storybrooke, Maine. And, I guess it’s 2013 now, isn’t it? I’m the mayor. Mayor Mills, if you will. Who might you be?”
Aria eyes widened. “I…Storybrooke? This is Storybrooke? Oh boy. Mayor Mills…so that makes you…Regina. Okay. Got it. Um…you said it’s 2013? So..the curse…broken or unbroken? I know it broke around this time I’m just not entire sure when I am. Oh! Right! I haven’t introduced myself yet! My name’s Aria, Aria Pond. Pleasure to meet you Mayor Mills. I suppose I’m lucky I popped into the mayor’s yard. Sorry about that by the way…bit of a rough landing. I might have messed up some bushes. I’ll fix them if you need me to, I promise! I just…right…rambling, sorry. It’s an honor,” Aria said, giving Regina a slight curtsy before offering her her hand.
Regina’s eyes widened and her brows furrowed as the apparent guest spout out the secrets of this town. “How do you know all of this?” she spat, crossing her arms over her chest and scowled. “How do you know about the curse? What are you? An imp?”
