“Say it!” she spat, squeezing the heart at a pulsing rate, smirking as she tried to hide her laughter. It was almost impossible, considering the irony in the situation. “This time I want to hear it from your mouth not from a text you didn’t mean to send.”

A pained noise tore from her throat. “No,” she refused, the click of teeth against teeth audible in the room. “I won’t.” She closed her eyes, wincing as Regina tightened her grip around her heart. No one had ever done this to her before — she hadn’t known it could be so painful. “Re—Regina, please—please stop—”

“Are you crying?” she cackled, sauntering toward her with a sickening grin. She put a palm up to Maleficent’s chest and faked like she was going to return the heart, but quickly drew back her hand and squeeze the heart once more. “Say it!” she screeched, continuing to smirk.
