searchingforwhereibelong replied to your post: “How are you today, Regina?” Gwen asks. She still doesn’t feel completely comfortable around the woman, but beggars can’t be choosers in terms of company.
“What’s wrong? And anything I could do to help?” Gwen asks, going into helper mode. “Eh, it sounds like you have enough to worry about without my adding to it.”
Regina sighed heavily, her smile softening ever so slightly as she placed a hand on Gwen’s shoulder. “You are too sweet, my dear. But, I’m afraid there is nothing that you can really do for me. I’ve just had a long day,” she sighed once more, removing her hand from Gwen’s shoulder and crossing her arms over her chest.
